This privacy statement explains how The Luxury Travel Designer AS is responsible for collecting and processing of personal data. This website uses cookies. As an important part of creating a user-friendly website, we use Google Analytics to analyze the user pattern of those visiting our website.

In order to create and execute journeys for our clients, The Luxury Travel Designer is obliged to obtain information about our travelers. This information includes, but is not limited to; names, date of birth, address, contact information and any special requirements (e.g., dietary needs, information about allergies) necessary to customize the journey to the travelers’ needs and expectations. We take every precaution to ensure that this information is stored securely and remains private. In certain instances, it will be necessary to share this information with the suppliers involved in the journey (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, local guides, and activity suppliers). You are welcome to contact us if you would like a copy of your registered personal information.

Kindly note that if you book your journey through a travel agent, it is the agent’s privacy policy that will apply. The Luxury Travel Designer is not responsible for the privacy policy of other companies.
