As a luxury travel service, our custom-made journeys include every element of the traveler’s experience and are planned down to the smallest detail. From the initial request to the completion of the trip, our clients receive personal and attentive support from a team of experienced travel designers. We use our extensive networks and deep knowledge of the Nordics to create journeys that are carefully tailored to each individual client.

The first step for those wishing to travel with us is to submit an initial travel request by email. We kindly remind prospective travelers that we can only take on a new request once a budget for the trip has been provided, and this must meet our minimum requirement of USD 30,000. This ensures a realistic scope, efficient collaboration, and an experience that meets the standards for which we are known.

Once a request has been reviewed and accepted, you will be contacted by a senior member of our tour production team to discuss your upcoming journey. You’ll be invited to a digital meeting so that we can learn more about your wishes, expectations, interests, and personality.

Having established the contours of your trip, you will then receive an initial executive outline of the services to be provided, together with a quote. This first stage of the process is free of charge.

Should you decide to accept our initial offer, we would then require payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit once all services have been secured. The full balance is due no less than 45 days prior to the commencement of your journey. For last-minute bookings beginning within 45 days, full payment will be required upon acceptance of the offer, once all services are in place.

As soon as an offer has been accepted, we begin the process of refining your itinerary. In this phase, we take the time to adapt the details of amenities and experiences to fit the profile of each individual traveler. As well as weaving in small delights and surprises to lift each day, we also curate the encounters with extraordinary people whom we believe will resonate with and inspire our clients. This is where each journey becomes exceptional.

With a complete, seamlessly integrated itinerary in hand, you’re ready to travel. When you step off the plane, imagination and anticipation meet crisp Nordic reality, and we can say with confidence that you won’t be disappointed.

En-voyage, your personal Travel Designer is available round-the-clock to fine-tune the details of your journey. Our suppliers, guides and hosts are near-at-hand should you require any assistance.
